Files you upload

When you use PDFDone, your files are uploaded to our server for processing. The original is deleted as soon as processing ends; results and documents being edited are deleted automatically after 2 hours of inactivity. We do not open, share or reuse your files.

Cookies and sessions

The app sets a cookie named sid holding a random code that identifies your browser: only that browser can download the results it created, and your download pass is tied to it. A lang cookie remembers your language choice.

Payments

You pay by bank transfer. We receive transaction notices through the SePay service (amount, time, transfer note and transaction id) to unlock downloads and reconcile payments. We never receive or store card details.

Advertising measurement

If you press “Accept” on the cookie bar, the marketing site may load measurement tools from Google (Analytics, Ads), Meta and TikTok. They set cookies and receive your IP address, device type and pages viewed. If you press “Decline”, none of them are loaded.

The site is served through Cloudflare, which notes the visitor's country to choose the display language and the IP address to prevent abuse.
